When I started with Krista I was 8 months post-partum, terrified of getting back into exercise and stressed out as a new mom in my 30's. Now I'm thriving in more ways than one. Not only do I look forward to the sweat sessions I get with Krista, but I can feel myself getting stronger with every workout. When I workout with Krista, my favourite part has to be the energy she brings. It doesn't matter what you were feeling before you show up to that workout, Krista oozes enthusiasm and will make you smile through each exercise. ConFITent has helped me find my sense of self again, it has given me a community that I don't think I could live without and helped me understand that my body is sacred and as long as I treat it well, it will treat me well in return.

I joined ConFITent in 2022 and I am so glad that I did. I am wearing my pre-pandemic clothing and loving it! In fact, I have my pre-children figure back, which is incredible. Now when I go on vacation, I wear what I want and I feel confident in it. I am motivated to move regularly and make healthy choices a part of my everyday life. Bring on the next bootcamp and then bring on the next vacation!

This is the first time I've stuck to a fitness plan. After hurting my back due to poor core strength, I joined Krista's outdoor bootcamp in September. Now, in February, I've lost 20 lbs and several inches, and my back feels great. Krista's varying difficulty levels and personal attention make workouts enjoyable and effective. Her positivity and humour are incredibly motivating. I have met such a great group of ladies who are so much fun and we all support one another in achieving our goals. Krista takes time to post videos to encourage us even when we are not at class! She provides with tips and recipes, and weekly challenges. I really could not have asked for a better scenario to help me meet my fitness goals. I highly recommend these sessions for anyone who is ready for a change with a fantastic fitness leader that will motivate you like you have never been motivated before. If it was not for Krista, I would be on the couch doom scrolling Tik Tok. This is a way better use of my time! If I can do it anyone can.
