LEVELUP Bootcamp Challenge - Almost All In
At ConFITent Health & Fitness, we believe community is the key to success, which is why our Outdoor Fitness Session in North Whitby runs for 6 strong weeks. Fitness can be fun and this outdoor bootcamp proves it! Each 50-minute class incorporates muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, core strength, and improves flexibility and overall strength. With small group sizes, we ensure form is a priority, support is always provided, and a dedicated trainer is here for you.
Join the 'Almost All In' package and get the benefit of 2 results-driven classes weekly. Commit to your class days and time upon registration. Not only will you get the benefit of results driven workouts; each week brings you a new health and wellness challenge lead by your coach to rise to, helping you to feel stronger, healthier and more confident in your wellness journey.
