At ConFITent Health & Fitness, we believe community is the key to success, which is why our Outdoor Fitness Session in North Whitby runs for 6 strong weeks. Fitness can be fun and this outdoor bootcamp proves it! Each 45-minute class incorporates muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, core strength, and improves flexibility and overall strength. With small group sizes, we ensure form is a priority, support is always provided, and a dedicated trainer is here for you.
