LEVELUP Bootcamp Challenge - 1 sweat session/wk
Schedule really full this May but you know you need to move your body? Join the Bootcamp Challenge and rock your workout 1 x per week! Enjoy a great group of fun women who are serious about their fitness goals and reap the rewards of an inclusive ConFITent Community.
In addition to your full body workout, you will be part of the 6 Week Challenge where each week you will be provided with a fitness and wellness challenge so you can LEVELUP on your own watch. Be warned, you WILL be supported and you will get the motivation you need.
Session: Monday 515PM, 615PM, Tuesday 6PM - please include which class you plan to join on your registration.
