At ConFITent Health & Fitness, we believe community is the key to success, which is why our Outdoor Fitness Session in North Whitby runs for 6 strong weeks. Fitness can be fun and this outdoor bootcamp proves it! Each 45-minute class incorporates muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, core strength, and improves flexibility and overall strength. With small group sizes, we ensure form is a priority, support is always provided, and a dedicated trainer is here for you. This 'ALL IN' package is excellent for value and results. Not only will you get the benefit of 18 results driven workouts, each week brings you a new health and wellness challenge lead by your coach.
